Bonjour!
Ok so you know how I was complaining in the MTC because i didnt have enough time to write well now i am having to write on a french key board! Oh well.  Crap and now i just found out that i left my typing outline at the apartment!  ça marche!  The english keyboard BTW is so much better!  Anyway so as you know i am in a ville called Blois.  Its small but is so cool here.   I don`t know if you looked on Google Maps but im right next to a 16th century castle!  I love it here! It is pretty awesome and yes there are tons of Bakeries and patisseries around the apartment!  I love it here.

So speaking of teaching and all:  First the language is pretty tough out here.  They speak super fast and i can`t pick it up to well.  I have made tons of inprovement though!  Our first lesson we taught we committed the guy to be baptized and he accepted!!!!!  He is getting baptized on Nov. 6th!!!!  I`m so happy for him.  His name is Ousmane Kone!  He is from The Ivory Coast and he is just so so so so so so so awesome!  So yeah my first Rendez-vous, a baptism!  Pretty sweet!

My companion is Elder Reuckert as you already know and he is not European he is Utahian..... Ha he is from South Jordan Utah.  He is really nice.  He is still trying to warm up to me so that`s that.  He doesn`t really trust my input yet i don`t think but i bore testimony today and i think he is seeing a change but yeah he is really great.  Also honestly i think i kinda took him off gaurd with my speaking level.  I don`t know and frankly don`t care we`re making it work and a lot of the small annoyenses  work themselves out in the end!
Ok also i thought i wuold share that i was able to spend two days in Paris!  very cool place!  Its busy, smells, is dirty and not to romantic but at the same time there are so many things to see.  It is a place better taken slowly because for me i saw most of the stuff in a day and it was just overwhelming!
Anyway So yeah things here are going great!  I love this city and the work is really moving along!  Right now we have 3 baptismal dates lined up and are hoping for a couple more this next week!  Blessing are happening here and it is amazing to see the Lord's hand in everything we do around here!  This last week has been crazy!  So far i have been to six different cities for various missionary purposes, have seen the sky now 3 days since being here, had 3 baptismal dates, met everyone in the ward before actually going to church, gone to a wedding, got cussed out in french and tons of other awesome things!  The list goes on and on!  I love this place and like i said in the other letter this place is totally a place for mom and aftie!  Ha its so you guys!  The people here are great!  They say high to us only at night time and trust me that is more than other cities and the people here don't try to run us over to much! It's great!  Pretty much every stereotype you've heard about frenchies is right but the truth is is that i love them!  They are so funny i love at there arogance and pomposity sometimes.  They think that the whole world speaks french and well they don't!  So far the most freindly people here are the people not from France.  The muslims and the Africans are so awesome!  Our 3 baptismal dates are africans, Ousmane Kone, Roger Lamoko, and Ivonne Mammadou!  They are so fatihful!
